EAST WILTON - Albert A. Bragg, 44, of 275 Temple St. in Wilton was charged Wednesday with sexually assaulting a girl a few years ago in Avon, Franklin County Sheriff's Department Detective David St. Laurent said.
Bragg was arrested at his home within two hours of the girl reporting the incident to Mt. Blue High School-based advocate Kristen Plummer of Sexual Assault Victims Emergency Services, the investigator said.See the full content of this document
