RUMFORD - Firefighters and engines were busy Monday afternoon responding to calls in Rumford and neighboring Andover.
Deputy Chief Richard Coulombe said strong winds apparently caused electricity to flicker in the east Rumford section of town setting off the fire alarm at the Linnell Motel at 1:38 p.m. Four firefighters and two engines responded to the alarm, which was reset.See the full content of this document
