ROXBURY - At Tuesday night's special town meeting, a majority of Roxbury residents enacted an ordinance that would place a 180-day moratorium on wind power development.
They also OK'd giving the fire department another $5,000 that was accidentally omitted from the March town meeting warrant, but passed over giving $1,000 to the River Valley Growth Council.
