AUBURN - Virginia J. Allen, 70, of 148 Hackett Mills Road, Poland, passed peacefully Thursday, July 3, with her family by her side. Born in Portland on Jan. 1, 1938, daughter of the late Charles T.M.J. and Dora Ella J. Kennedy Walsh, she was educated in South Portland schools and graduated from Edward Little High School in the Class of 1956. She was married to James G. Allen II on Jan. 1, 1958. He died on Jan. 6, 1970.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints. She loved her family. She'll always be remembered for her creative nature and her loving smile. She also enjoyed cooking, music, and gardening, and rocking babies.See the full content of this document
