Summary
This 2008 soccer season has been unforgettable. As a team, we won games, and as a team, we lost games. No matter what the outcome of the game, we left the field with pride as a team. Coach always tells us that if we gave 100%, we should leave the field with our heads up high and be happy, not caring how the score turned out. That is just what my team did this year at Tripp. We played our hearts out and gave all we had every step we took on the field.
Soccer is such an exciting sport here at Tripp Middle School. Practice is held everyday after school from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Practice is a lot of fun because you get to hang out with your friends and play a sport that everyone on the field enjoys. My coach always pushes my team to our extreme limits because he knows we can handle it and is willing to help us get ready for the high school soccer team. In my opinion, if you love a sport and want to play it, you should play and not let anyone tell you otherwise. At Tripp, there is no one to tell us we're not good enough.
