CARTHAGE - New England Celtic Arts will present one of Europe's top-rated traditional Irish bands, Cara, Tuesday, Sept. 23, at Skye Theatre Performing Arts Center. The concert will begin at 7 p.m., with a preshow jam at 6:30 p.m. Audience members are encouraged to bring their instruments and jam for a few minutes with the artists.
