OXFORD - Following the indefinite delay of a Lowe's home and garden center development, a selectman will compose a letter of concern to the state.

The board unanimously approved Roger Jackson's proposal Thursday to compose a letter to send to the Department of Environmental Protection and Gov. John Baldacci. Jackson said he had spoken with Sen. David Hastings III (R-Oxford) and Rep. Terry Hayes (D- Buckfield) about the issue.
