AUBURN - Rachel P. Billings, 58, of Lewiston, passed away peacefully May 7 at the Hospice House, after a long battle with cancer.
She was born on Oct. 10, 1949, in Auburn, the daughter of Joseph and Lorette Fortier Chaput. She graduated from St. Dominic's High School and then went onto the University of Maine at Farmington.
