FALMOUTH - With a precious smile, Patrick Stephen Conley, "Rally Boy" passed away peacefully and courageously on Nov. 12, surrounded by his family at home.
He was born Sept. 18, 1992. Patrick was a magnetic young man who inspired all who were blessed to know him, and his spirit brought out the best in everyone he encountered.
