PARIS - A 30-year-old Rumford man pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of arson and theft in the torching of a pickup truck last year.
Henry Ross of Virgin Street is accused of setting fire to his 1997 Chevrolet pickup and leaving it in the woods in Greenwood in March 2007. The theft charge states that Ross used the incident to deceive the Progressive Insurance Co. and collect more than $10,000 in insurance.See the full content of this document
