LEWISTON - A U.S. Marine captain who has served two tours of duty in Iraq will speak about his experiences at Bates College Thursday.
Capt. Anthony King will speak at 6:30 p.m. in the Keck Classroom, Pettengill Hall. The event is sponsored by Maine College Republicans, who also will host King at Colby College in Waterville on Monday, at the University of Maine in Orono on Tuesday and at Bowdoin College in Brunswick next Thursday.
