PARIS - A judge has dismissed a discrimination lawsuit against the town of Paris, saying the 24 individuals who brought it did not file it on time.

The two dozen plaintiffs said they considered themselves developers or brokers and were being discriminated against by the town in board appointments. They sought to nullify the selectmen's failure to reappoint developer Ron Fitts as an alternate member July 14 as well as all votes of the Planning Board since then.
