JAY - A Jay man was arrested early Saturday after a neighbor heard noise in an upstairs apartment and knew the occupant wasn't home, police Chief Larry White Sr. said.
Jesse R. Gauvin, 31, of 17 Main St., was arrested on charges of felony burglary, and misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug - two oxycodone pills, and violation of conditions of release, White said.See the full content of this document
