God Missing From Currency

Summary

The U.S. Mint released their shiny new quarters some time ago and I was not surprised that they had relegated "In God We Trust" to minuscule engraving around the edge of the coins. Moreover, it seems that at least 20,000 coins slipped by and are devoid of that special, but small, sentence. And I would not be surprised if the rest of all currencies printed in the future do not contain that affermative statement so meaningful to so many people.

However, it is my humble opinion that God does not mind if his name is not included on money that is used for such heinous acts as wars that kill and maim so many innocent people; abortions that kill millions of defenseless babies just starting their life in the womb; relentless and escalating violence and sex in all media forms for the young and impressionable to emulate; and on and on, ad nauseam.
