RUMFORD - Town officials Friday released documents showing that a public works employee recently fired by acting Town Manager Stacy Carter had been disciplined for using town equipment to plow snow on private property and for "mouthing off" to his supervisor.

The documents were provided after a public information request was made by the Sun Journal last week.
