PARIS - A plan to redevelop a Newry bed and breakfast into condo units has been appealed to Oxford County Superior Court after it was rejected by town committees.
Jon Trudo and Leo Menard of Newry Redevelopment LLC of Saco are hoping to convert the former Black Bear Bed and Breakfast into a four-unit condominium.
