Summary
AUGUSTA - State Rep. Sheryl Briggs, D-Mexico, was sworn in as the state legislator for District 93 by Gov. John Baldacci at a State House ceremony on Jan. 2. Briggs was elected by voters in November to fill the seat vacated by the resignation of Randy Hotham.
"I couldn't be more excited or honored," said Briggs. "I can't thank the residents of District 93 enough for giving me this opportunity to serve them, and I will work hard to make sure that their interests are represented in Augusta."See the full content of this document
