SUMNER - Former Air Force senior signals analyst and Norway resident Robbie Hawkins will realize a longtime dream Saturday when he reopens the old Litchfield store at the corner of Route 219 and Greenwood Road in Sumner under the name of Chizzlers.
The name comes from the sounds of people chipping in the mineral mines across Oxford County, which is rich in tourmaline and other gems.
