AUBURN - Concerns about building on a marshy Garfield Road lot were not enough to keep councilors from helping a New Auburn quadriplegic build a home.
Jennifer Turner will get the chance to purchase the half-acre parcel just north of Anita Avenue from the city for its assessed value, $39,500. She won't have to pay for the mortgage on the land until she sells the property or ceases to live there.See the full content of this document
