JAY - A 31-year-old woman is accused of stealing more than $3,000 from a representative of the Girl Scouts of America, Detective Drew Hufnagel said Thursday.
Jessica Melchoirre, whose address is unknown, was charged with felony theft by unauthorized taking and is scheduled to appear Jan. 28 in Franklin County Superior Court in Farmington, Hufnagel said.See the full content of this document
